At present, the physical methods used are magnetic method, electrolysis method, ultrasonic method, electrostatic method and so on.
Electrolysis can inhibit the adhesion of scale, but the scale removal is incomplete, and it has the risk of electrolytic pitting corrosion; the stability of magnetic method used earlier is poor, and the scale can not be controlled for a long time, so the iron oxide accumulated in the controller must be cleaned regularly; and the electrostatic law overcomes the shortcomings of the above-mentioned methods, besides scale prevention. Besides scale-dissolving, it has obvious effect of sterilization and algae-killing. However, electrostatic method and electronic water treatment method have a slightly lower corrosion inhibition effect than special chemical method, so other corrosion inhibition methods can not be considered in general air conditioning cooling water system. In some systems with high demand for corrosion inhibition, the best way to increase some corrosion inhibitors is to obtain better results.
5 Pipeline placement of cooling water system
