Detailed Rules for the Management of Pure Water Treatment Equipment for Food Processing
1. When the pressure difference between the import and export of the security filter increases (>0.15Mpa), the filter element must be replaced in the water-using equipment of the chemical industry to ensure the normal operation of the RO system. Suggestion: The filter element must be removed every three days, checked and cleaned. The replacement cycle of filter element depends on the quality of its influent water.
2. Record all kinds of operating parameters of RO system regularly. Suggestion: Record the operating parameters of RO system every two hours.
3. With the increase of operation time, the film surface will be attached with food water equipment to deposit, which will affect the water permeability, so RO components must be cleaned regularly. If it is found that the pressure of each membrane element in the assembly will be greater than 0.1 Mpa, it should be cleaned immediately (the cleaning system completes the cleaning). According to different pollution conditions, targeted treatment measures should be taken.

4. Check the conductivity meter and pressure gauges regularly to make them work normally and accurately.
5. Check the electrical control system regularly to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
6. Check the high-pressure pump and RO front-end pump regularly, and change the lubricant in time according to the maintenance manual.
7. Outage and maintenance of RO system of purified water equipment for food processing:
(1) The RO system is shut down for a short period of time (no more than three days). It must be washed with a security filter for 30 minutes every day to ensure that the RO components are filled with filtered water.
(2) If RO system is shut down for a long time (more than three days), it should be filled with RO components in 1% formaldehyde solution, then all valves should be closed and checked once a month. In summer, control the ambient temperature to prevent mildew, in winter to prevent freezing, if necessary, add 10-20% glycerol.
(3) The best way to preserve water is to use reverse osmosis fresh water and formaldehyde is to use chemical reagent products.
(4) When the reverse osmosis system consisting of composite membranes is to be suspended for more than one week, the system should be immersed in 1% NaHSO 3 solution to prevent bacteria from multiplying on the membrane.
