The effluent conductivity can be below 1uS/cm, and the effluent resistivity can reach more than 1M.cm. According to different water quality and application needs, the effluent resistivity can be controlled between 1 and 18M.cm. It is widely used in the preparation of ultra-pure water for electronics, electric power, chemical industry, electroplating ultra-pure water, boiler feed water, medical equipment, medical ultra-pure water and other industrial ultra-pure water. Selecting Yin-Bed, Yang-Bed and Mixed-Bed, and generally we call deionized ultra-pure water disposal equipment, we choose reverse osmosis host plus two-stage mixed-bed, and choose ion communication method, which can remove the anions and cations in the water, and sodium chloride (NaCl) represents the inorganic salts in the water.
First, the resin is washed with clean water, and then 4-5% HCl and NaOH are used in the communication column to replace soaking for 2-4 hours in turn. Many clean water is used between acid and alkali to wash the effluent close to neutral, and the amount of acid and alkali is 2-3 times as much as the volume of the resin. At the end of a disposal, 4-5% HCl solution is used to drain away the acid solution and wash it with clean water until it is neutral.
Pretreatment of anionic communication resin:
First, the resin was washed with clean water, and then 4-5% NaOH and HCl were used to replace the soaking column in the ditch food water equipment for 2-4 hours in turn. Then, many clean water was used to wash between alkali and acid until the effluent was nearly neutral. The amount of acid and alkali used was 2-3 times as much as the volume of the resin. At the end of the first disposal, 4-5% NaOH solution was used. The alkali solution was exhausted and washed with clean water until it was neutral.
Mixed Ion Communicator Regeneration Skills:
After a period of time, the impurities adsorbed by ion-exchange resin are close to saturation, so it needs to be regenerated and disposed to restore the original composition and function. At that time, acid-base method, a chemical commonly used in resin regeneration in China, restored the communication ability of the failed resin. HCl or H2SO4 was generally used for acid application, and the distribution concentration was about 3-5%; NaOH was generally used for alkali application, and the distribution concentration was about 3-5%.
1. Backwash stratification:
When the flow rate of backwashing is 10 m/h and the backwashing time is 15 minutes, the effect of stratification can be clearly distinguished by the interface between the anion and resin layer after settling.
2. Recycling liquid:
It takes about 20 minutes to pump the regenerated liquid and soak it for 2-3 hours. The positive washing method is used. The anion resin is washed to the alkalinity of the effluent, PH=8-9, and the anion resin is washed to the acidity of the effluent, PH=5-6.
Mixing:
Nitrogen (compressed air, vacuum pumping, etc.) is mixed from the bottom. The intake pressure is 0.1-0.15 MPa and the intake volume is 2.5-3.0 m 3/(m 2.min). The mixing time is usually 5-10 minutes. The resin in the column is fully mixed.
