The disposal plan of new equipment will be based on small and medium-sized plans, but we will continue to add momentum.
Thirdly, with the increasing population of villages and towns, there is also a need for new construction and expansion of water purification plants in China. In the 12th Five-Year Plan, citation standards have also been improved, from 35 to 106.
Ultimately, according to the need of national energy saving and emission reduction and low carbon economy, urban sewage disposal will focus on pollutant reduction. Sludge disposal and sewage regeneration will become a new hotspot of professional development. China's water disposal malls will be in a "gold adding period" for a long time to come. Together, the localization of water disposal automation system will become an inevitable trend of professional development.

Present Situation of Sewage Disposal Equipment
The production of domestic sewage disposal equipment began in the mid and late 1970s. At that time, the level of standardization, serialization and serialization of commodities was very low, and there were fewer stereotyped commodities. Since 1990's, the relevant departments of the state have successively transformed the skills of the production companies of the primary sewage disposal equipment, improved the production ability and level, and made great progress in the production level of the special equipment for urban sewage disposal and the general equipment matched with it.
At present, all or the most important equipments of 5, 10, 25 and 50 tons of municipal sewage disposal plants can be localized. In terms of commodity design, domestic equipment such as sewage sludge progressive system, mechanical filtration sedimentation system, aeration disposal system and sludge dewatering disposal system, which are planned to dispose of 50,000 tons to 500,000 tons per day, have reached the level of the 1980s in the world and can provide complete sets of equipment. However, in terms of biogas power generation system and on-line monitoring system, there is still a long way to go between domestic equipment and developed countries. There are still gaps to be filled in some of the world's latest shape skills in the 1990s.
In terms of commodity level, the efficiency of single-machine equipment for blowers, pumps and other commodities with high energy consumption has approached the level of the world in the 1980s. The overall level of a complete set of commodities is equivalent to that of the world in the 1970s and 1980s.
The sewage disposal equipment in developed countries has reached a high level of modernization, which has the following characteristics: first, the municipal sewage and industrial wastewater disposal equipment has been standardized, stereotyped, serialized and integrated, and has formed a thorough and highly commercialized water disposal equipment industry. Secondly, water disposal unit equipment, such as deposition, filtration, extraction, adsorption, microfiltration, electrodialysis, etc., has formed a specialized production plan. The types, specifications and quality are relatively stable, the performance parameters are reliable, and the user selection is very convenient. Third, the complete set of urban sewage equipment is developing towards large scale, and the industrial wastewater treatment equipment tends to be specialized and complete with the maturity of the process. Fourth, general equipment such as fans, pumps and valves, which are compatible with water disposal, have gradually completed specialized design and organized production to meet special needs. Fifthly, serious water resources, eutrophication of water bodies and drinking water safety have led to the development of advanced wastewater treatment equipment and disinfection equipment to a considerable extent. Sixth, anaerobic disposal skills have led to renewed attention and promoted the application of anaerobic disposal equipment in the treatment of high concentration organic wastewater.
Domestic sewage disposal skills lag behind
At present, compared with developed countries, domestic sewage disposal equipment has a long way to go. The first questions are as follows:
Firstly, production and demand are contradictory and prominent, and the production ability of sewage disposal equipment in China is far from satisfying domestic needs.
Secondly, the species structure is backward, the species are few and the development ability is weak. In many commodities, mechanical commodities and primary commodities usually account for a large proportion, with a modern level of mechanical, electrical and instrumental integration is less equipped or in its infancy. Except for large environmental backbone companies, most companies lack the ability to develop new products themselves.
Third, the quality of commodities is poor and the level of skills is low. 35% to 40% of the goods are equivalent to the level of the world in the 1960s and 1970s. About 1/5 of the existing domestic sewage disposal equipment is attributed to restricted production or time-limit screening of commodities, and about 2/5 is attributed to commodities in need of improvement.
Fourth, commodity exchange earning is unstable. Although domestic sewage disposal equipment has been exported, in general, the skill content of export equipment is not high, the types, types and regions of export are relatively narrow, and the competitiveness in the world market is not strong.
Fifthly, the related companies generally have low efficiency. Except for a few companies, most of them have poor economic benefits.
Sixth, the ability of complete equipment and engineering contracting is weak. Few companies can undertake sewage disposal projects and complete sets of equipment. Most of them focus on the development and production of their own contrastive habits, and engage in single-machine production and sale, so that the domestic sewage disposal complete sets and overall contracting ability are weak.
Seventh, operation training and after-sales service should be strengthened urgently.
Water and sewage disposal professions in developed regions are using SCADA as a central skill to support new business processes in response to dynamic changes in the profession and the need to plan for updating existing infrastructure. The use of new SCADA skills can minimize the cost expenditure needed to improve the continuity of aging infrastructure and upgrade it.
In the developing areas, new water and sewage disposal and water distribution systems are being updated or installed. SCADA is used to connect these devices in different geographical locations. SCADA will become the centre of skills application as the water and sewage disposal profession changes its business processes to meet the rising needs in uncertain economic environments and copes with the economic challenges brought about by privatization and public-private joint ventures of professions. The supplier must announce a SCADA system that is fully integrated with the company's business system. These systems include skills such as Geographic Information System (GIS) and Property Management Project.
In order to depict the outstanding competitive ability, suppliers must display the real-time data that SCADA system can accomplish in order to satisfy the present and future needs of all stakeholders involved in the operation of wastewater treatment plants.
